Beagle Bone Black embedded coder and I2C

Hello,
I would like to use Simulink to generate code for the Beagle Bone Black, with the Embedded Coder (not just the support for BBB package), so it runs on the bone.
This code must get data from an I2C sensor. Currently, I do not see any block in Simulink to support I2C. Can you please let me know if there is any way to do this?
Thank you!

Hi Istvan,
I have communicated your requirement to the developers. They are looking into this and may incorporate it in one of the future releases. You can create your own custom device driver block as well. Please refer to the following link for more information on this:
Hope this helps
