Interpolation or regridding of CMIP5 climate data

I have CMIP5 climate model data MPI ESM MR of lat grid 1.865 and lon grid 1.875.I want to interpolate or regrid it into 0.5*0.5 degree.If there is any way to interpolate it in matlab. I am new in this aspect.Can anyone help me?
