how to extract struct from a session variable?

i have a variable that i generated from the image labeler app in matlab. The variable name is labelingSession.mat , now from this variable i want to extract data variable name ROIBoundingBoxes which is a struct. i tried with load function but its not working for me. Please help me in this situation?

It looks like it would be labelingSession.ImageSet.ROIBoundingBoxes. There are 13 of them. So if you want box 9, you'd do
box9 = labelingSession.ImageSet.ROIBoundingBoxes(9);
box9 would probably then be a structure with 4 fields: box9.x, box9.y, box9.width, and box9.height.
