PCI board access thru s-function

I would like to access PCI registers and memory of a pci card using s-function. Card actually generates a freq against a nibble set. Eg 0000 to generate 1kHz at a certain pin.how can i do it using s-function. Thanks

Do you want to write an S function that sends some data to a particular port of the PCI card ?
