以前使用していたmatlab2016bの起動を試みたところ、毎度matlab Starter Applicationが立ち上がりmatlabが起動できません。アクティベーションの際にはアプリケーションのフォルダに格納されているライセンスファイルを指定しております。このときにはアクティベーションが完了したとの表記が表示されますが、そのままmatlabは起動せず、matlabの実行を試みるたびにmatlab Starter Applicationが起動されアクティベーションができていないようです。

アクティベーションを再度完了するためにはどうしたらよいのでしょうか。状況としてはライセンスの期限は今年の8月に切れております。個人的にはライセンスが切れてもアプリケーションの更新ができないだけとの認識ですが、ライセンス期限が切れた場合にはアプリケーションの起動はできないのでしょうか。
