Cloud Optimizer compatible with MATLAB m-file

Hi,
I want to optimize an engineering process [MINLP], I coded the model and now I am looking for a cloud optimizer to upload m-file. Is there any Server compatible with m-files?
I found Neos Server but it worked with other formats like GAMS,...
