I was trying to build the model the block but I got this problem ..what can I do?

The starting build folder "C:\" is at the root of a drive. The make utilites as used by the Simulink Coder Build Process cannot build when the starting folder is at the root of a drive. Please change to a sub folder and re-try the build. Component: Simulink | Category: Model error

I ended up solving this problem looking for similar one on the internet, so I don't remember now how I did it. Try installing Matlab in folder whose names do not contain spaces (" "). I remember it avoided other problems on Windows

change the current folder of matlab to sub-directory;

be sure that when you run the code generation, the current folder of matlab should not be in the install-dir of matlab or in the root directory of a drive.
