Not able to run Matlab

while starting matlab i got following error.
[ccms@ccms-icc-01 ~]$ matlab Warning: No display specified. You will not be able to display graphics on the screen. License checkout failed. License Manager Error -15 MATLAB is unable to connect to the license server. Check that the license manager has been started, and that the MATLAB client machine can communicate with the license server.

to start automatically FLEXnet License Manager on boot time,i followed this link http://www.mathworks.in/support/solutions/en/data/1-1AP76/index.html?solution=1-1AP76
licence manager installed same machine.from that machine also,i am not able to start
Please help me

You can contact the Mathworks for all installation issues such as this, where you can't even run the program at all. They give free technical support, even by phone and even for student versions, for such problems.
