Preparing Dataset for the System Identification Toolbox?

I am using System Identification Toolbox in Matlab to model the research data I have. For each sample, the input data is a time-series vector (11 values) whereas the corresponding output data is comprised of two scalar values. Please advice how to prepare / compose my dataset to work with the said toolbox. The toolbox requires 1-1 correspondence between the input and the output as I read. But in my case, on one hand it is a vector and on the other end there is a set of two scalar values. Please advice.
