Append to Microsoft Access DB table

All methods to write to an MS Access file revolve around setting up a DB connection and using conn() and insert() to add data to that database. I, however, was provided with a local version of a .mdb file that I just need to append rows to. I dont need to query or do any sort of manipulations, I just need to append to this .mdb file. I am deploying my tool, and I dont think the PCs that will be using this tool will have Access or the driver to allow connection. Is there a simple way to insert data, such as I can do with xlswrite() for Excel?
