Live Editor|Live Script is unable to run

Recently I upgrade my MATLAB from 2017a to 2017b, then the live script can't work. When I click the button "New Live Script" it returns an error" The Live Editor is unable to run in the current system configuration", in the old version of 2017a it works well. My operating system is Windows 2016 14393.1715, however, I didn't change my system's configuration. To support your help I shold know where can I find a system error log or an incorrect configuration explanation?
