Hi, I am performing kriging using mgstat function, I have nearly x , y, z co-ordinates of(4511X1) arrays and values i.e say N(4511X1) array. i used gstat_krig function. But when i do meshgrid, it could not create meshgrid of large values. pls help. I tried my best

Thank you for the reply. the function is for 2 dimensions, I am trying it for 3 dimensions. When I run the code first in 2d I am getting the following error.

Error using fgets Invalid file identifier. Use fopen to generate a valid file identifier.

Error in fgetl (line 33) [tline,lt] = fgets(fid);

Error in SampleVarioGstat (line 67) fgetl(fid); I even tried fullfile based on your previous answer, but i get error:Error using fopen Invalid permission. Kindly help

You have to be either cd'd to a directory that you can write files into, or you have to give the full path to a file in a directory that you can write to.
