This error has something to do with code generation; in some circumstances eml_is_const is used inside the versions of functions such as random() that are used as the basis of code generation. At the moment I have no information about where eml_is_const should have been defined.

Hi,
I have encountered similar problem with eml_is_const using MATLAB ver 2024a. But it works fine with older version MATLAB 2023a. Not sure if it's something to do with stat and machine learning toolbox compatibility or something else.

This issue appears to be related to a path conlict, please attempt to restore the default path using the following commands:
>> restoredefaultpath
>> rehash toolboxcache
To persist these changes to the MATLAB path, use the "savepath" command.
Before persisting the path changes with "savepath", consider backing up any custom paths by following the instructions in the MATLAB Answers post linked below:
