現在、インディビジュアルライセンスを保有しておりWindows版MATLABを使用しています。 このWindowsPCとは別にLinuxPCを用意して、同じユーザがLinux版MATLABをインストールして 同じライセンスで使用することは可能でしょうか？同時使用はしません。

Yes, Individual "Standard" (Commercial) license users can install and active on up to 4 hosts, and can run on two hosts at the same time.
Note: this only applies to Named User "standard" (full cost) licenses. The limits are different for other kinds of licenses.
