GUI to EXE

Hi, im trying to turn a GUI ive written into a .EXE file so that i can use it on any computer, I've tried using deploy tool and packaging the MCR installer however i still cant open my .EXE files on any computer but the one it was built on. What other methods can i use?

If none of them work, then tell us what it says in the console window.
