how to translate and rotation a curve?

I have one parabola and one circle. they are separated. i want to translate and rotate one of them so that they touch each other. How can I do that?

thanks. Ok/ let us only translate the circle so that it touches the parabola. I want an algebraic result.

You can use the solve function, but otherwise this isn't really a Matlab question if you want an algebraic solution.
