Windows Bash Matlab Runtime

Dear all,
I'm trying to run linux commands requiring Matlab2012 Runtime in Windows Bash and there is an error that I cannot solve. The program is freesurfer and more precisely, the hippocampus segmentation plugin (https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/HippocampalSubfields). As said, it requires Matlab2012 runtime (https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/MatlabRuntime). Everything seems to run perfectly but a specific freesurfer command that gives some error. One of the line seems to be linked to the Matlab Runtime usage: "error while loading shared libraries: libut.so: cannot enable executable stack as shared object requires: Invalid argument"
I did not find any solution from freesurfers users, maybe one of you could help?
Regards,
Alexandre
