Requested 1x6863847424 (51.1GB) array exceeds maximum array size preference. Creation of arrays greater than this limit may take a long time and cause MATLAB to become unresponsive. See array size limit or preference panel for more information

Install more memory on your computer. A lot more memory. Probably at least another 128 gigabytes (because once you create an array that big, chances are you are going to make at least one modified copy of it, even if only temporarily.)

... Or you could have another look at your code, and figure out whether you really need an array that big.

In some cases you might be able to use "tall arrays".
