scale to percentage using maximum value

I have a matrix with a few values

A = [0.00432, 0.13683 0.93748 0.00346]

I want to assign a value of 100 the maximum value in A and scale the rest accordingly in order to view as percentages.

Any ideas?

ans =
     0.46081    14.59551   100.00000     0.36907
