how to drive turtlebot to a target in gazebo

I have trouble writing a code to drive a simulated turtlebot to target on a two dimensions surface(no obstacles). Any point on the surface can be a starting point(where ever I drag the robot, it can finally reach to its destination(1,1)). Here is my code in the attachment. It should worked but it did not. I am confused. If anyone can answer my question I would be really appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Please give some more details about the issue that you are facing. I see that you are writing a code such that the robot should reach the destination (1,1). But what is the actual behavior that you are seeing there?
Is it reaching to wrong destination? Or robot itself is not moving? Please let me know some more details about the problem.
