How to do deep learning using CNN for one dimensional data?

We are currently working on depression data and epilepsy data.The CNN algorithm for objects is not applicable for this kind of data having only few features that are distinguishable.How can we do deep learning for this one dimensional data since most of our searches results in object recognition algorithms that are not applicable for this data. Data available: data of 30 person's with depression,76000 data points. data of 30 person's without depression,76000 data points.
