Can some one tell me how to estimate the percentage of charge. charge = current/ time is enough or we have to include other factors too

For battery simulation, the best place to start with is Simscape Battery, a new toolbox introduced in R2022b. There are many examples about the design and simulation of battery packs and battery management systems, including state-of-charge estimation.
