store the output video frames in a folder and play back the frames into video from the floder

I took visiontraffic.avi demo file and worked on removing its shadows. I intended to save the final output frame in a folder and convert the saved frame into video. But I got not expected output, i guess every processed frames wrote it in the folder instead of final output frame (shadow free). Can anyone suggest what wrong in that code
