Neural Network training of multiple target data set

Suppose i have one data set of input data and one data set of target data. 'm' and 'n' calculating the length of input and target data set. Operation like:
inputs=input'; % input data
targets=target'; % target data
n=3; % no of variable.
net=feedfordardnet(n); % use feed forward net.
net=configure (net,inputs,targets); % net configuration.
p=m*n+n+n+o;
..............
What would be the change if i use more than one input and target data set, and how p will be modified ?
