I know that I need to use getpts but, the scale of the axsis is not right and the graph is inverted on y axsis. and in A, it's told that I need to crop the image, where I need to crop it?

there are codes available in file exchange..you can use them:
Use this tool.... https://in.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/7173-grabit. In here you can specify the range and extract points.
