Data within a spectogram

Hello there,
I am processing a chirp signal using STFT plotted on a spectrogram. After observing the time-frequency behavior of my signal on the spectrogram, I want to pull out the data responsible for my spectrogram. How do I do that? Thanks

I am not certain what you want.
Getting information from the spectrogram function is clearly explained in the documentation: Spectrogram and Instantaneous Frequency (link).
