This sounds like a homework assignment. If that's the case, show what you've done so far and describe where you're having difficulty and you may receive some suggestions.
If you're not sure where even to start, you probably want to review your textbook and/or your course notes (which will probably have pseudocode you can use as a model) and/or speak to your professor or teaching assistant.
