Compare the mean of 2 events in multiple channels

Hi,
I'm not familiar with Matlab at all, but for my masterthesis I need to compare the mean of 2 events in 5 different channels. The channels are: EEG A (FP1-elektrode), EEG B (FP2-elektrode), PPG, EDA and Heart rate. The events are numbered 1 to 5, and I want to compare event number 2 (which lasts about 2 minutes) with event number 4 (duration 1-2 minutes, dependent on the condition)
I've used EEGlab to insert the data and the events and now I have no clue of what to do next.
Anyone who can help?
