compare two events in eeglab

Hi,
I want to compare the eeg data of two events in eeglab. The duration of the first event is about 2 minutes (a picture) and the duration of the second event is about 1,5 minutes (a video). I tried to extract epochs but that didn't work out. Someone who can help?
