3d polar plot of vectors in cartesian coordinates

Hi, I have numerous 3D vectors (x, y and z coordinate for each) in excel file as columns. I want to draw a 3dpolarplot like polarhistogram in 2D in Matlab. Don't know how to do it. I am not a frequent user of Matlab. Can anyone give any suggestion? Thanks in advance.

[num,txt,raw] = xlsread(filename) ;
x = num(:,1) ;
y = num(:,2) ;
z = num(:,3) ;
Now, you can use x,y,z for plotting. Have a look on scatter, plot3, etc.
