Licensing Error -9,57 Problems

I have recently faced a problem when opening the Matlab application. I own a student version of Matlab which I purchased a couple years ago. A couple weeks ago, when opening the application, a window opens displaying a licensing error -9, 57. This problem had never happened before and there were no significant changes (reinstallation, etc) that happened prior to this problem. I have included a screenshot of the window below. I would like to point out that when opening the Matlab application on a different wifi network, it did open without any problems.

You appear to be using Linux, and you appear to be using a version of MATLAB that did not know about the Consistent Device Naming conventions. See
