Hi all, I have a problem to compare(finding similarity) between 2 histogram log polar using Earth Mover's Distance.

I'm working based on this paper : http://dl.acm.org/citation.cfm?id=1931257

What error message are you encountering in your MATLAB code? Or alternately, what specific step in your pseudocode for the algorithm are you having difficulty finding the name of the equivalent MATLAB function for?
