How to transpose certain elements in a matrix

Hi,
I have 5by5 matrix, A:
0 9 2 0 0
0 0 0 1 0
0 3 0 5 0
0 0 0 -3 0
0 0 -1 8 0
where I want to transpose only the positive numbers.
Note: The corresponding transposed location is always zero.
so the answer should look like this, B:
0 0 0 0 0
9 0 3 0 0
2 0 0 0 0
0 1 5 -3 8
0 0 -1 0 0
