Advanced Tic Tac Toe

I'm looking to create a tic tac toe game where it prompts the two players to input their names and then shows this;

I want it to then ask the users by name to input their coordinates of where they want to place their move (ex: 1,1). The main problem I am running into is how to post an array inside of the drawn board as well as when the array shows up inside the board the players play X and O but the blank spots in the array are filled in with 0's. How would you solve this?
