optimization problem with loop

Hi, I have a matrix etha which its dimension is(1,12) (Like, consider it as a matrix that I want to be optimized, and the values of that are between 0 and 1). Then it goes to a for loop and produces a result which its dimension is (12,1200). The result comes up and the SSR between the result and some Empirical Data achieved. So the cost function is SSR which I want to be minimized. Could anyone help me to figure it out? Thanks!
