Build calling tree of a program

I need to build the calling tree of a Matlab program made up of .m files placed in one folder. I built a function that build the list of functions by reading all the .m files and recognizing the function declarations, but I'm not able to generate, for each function found, the list of functions called. Can anybody help me? Thanks a lot
