License Manager Error -9

I'm trying to use the MATLAB program I keep getting the message saying License Manager Error -9 on it and its telling me that my username does not match the username on the license. I have no idea how to change any of that or how to even look up what it is. I'm using Windows 10 on a VAIO table/laptop.

you should make sure your username is correct. To check your username, you can run cmd firstly, then type echo %username% and press Enter. (there is a space between echo and %username%).
