I was trying to get the plots attached (Figure 2-52). But I get different plot. Can anyone help? I attached my code, my plot, simulink diagram as well.

You should attach the Simulink model (and maybe your code as well) as a file, and if you can't, zip all relevant files. I doubt anyone will recreate your model manually and type your code from an image. I have very little experience with Simulink, but you might be missing the help of the people who do with your current question.
