Why does my computer get freezing error when playing run button in simulink?

For Data acquisition experiment, I have used simulink. But, when I click run button, my computer stop all processing and have no response. Through it sometimes works well several times, suddenly freezing problem is occurred. Are there anyone who solve these kinds of problem? I already took windows format. Is it a hardware problem?

I suggest you to contact MathWorks technical support for help. Go to the following link: Mathworks Support, press contact support and create a request. The Mathworks technical support team is well-versed in handling such cases so it would be better if you take their help. Since you have not specified more details, it is unlikely that you would get a solution from the MATLAB Answers community.
