Hi... I create this model: http://img202.imageshack.us/img202/889/modulo.png The Modulo PV is a subsystem and contains any Embedded MATLAB Function2.
I like that when i click in PV module, appear this image ( http://img190.imageshack.us/img190/2554/blocop.png ) when i put the values that i use to calculate...
How do this?

You need to mask the subsystem in question ("Modulo PV"). Have a look at Working with Block Masks in the Simulink documentation.
