Simulation from Solar Module Data Sheet

I am working on a paper based on matlab simulation of solar module. As reference solar panel I have choose MSX-60 solar module. I have their datasheet and I have a matlab code for finding I-V and P-V curves. But I don't know where the xls file, I am stuck on a stage for the xls file. Is there any way to generate curves without excel file ? Or where I will find that ?
