document page segmentation in X shape

hi, greetings to all members, i am working on document image analysis, i have segmented the document in all type like, block level, word level,line level, and four parts equally on document image. now i need to segment and rejoin the document image in X shape. pls anyone here to help me with matlab code. your help will give strength to my research work.
