How to stack multiple 2D images to reconstruct a 3D image?

I am a beginner of using matlab and i currently working of a project about to reconstruct 3D volume image from multiple 2D ultrasound images. I already taken 100 slices of vessel's cross section area 2D ultrasound images (with 1mm distance between each slice).How i gonna to construct a 3D vein model by using these 100 2D ultrasound image? Hope someone can give me some idea or reference coding.Is it stacking method is enough for 3D reconstruction?
