Matlab code for raster image

Hi All, I would like to ask help for a MATLAB code to calculate for true positive and negative rates, AUC and ROC for a test raster image and a derived raster image. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you very much.

Note that nearly all images in MATLAB are raster images -- it is tricky to get vector images out of MATLAB.
