Switch automatically between multiple inputs with conditions in Simulink

Hi I have a simulink model in which I need to switch automatically between three inputs according to witch condition is verified.
I have created an embedded function (attached pictures) to test the conditions and than return the input selected in the output but it doesn't work.
Can somebody propose me another method to do that please?
