digital camera connect to matlab

I have canon powershot A3300 IS. Does anyone know how to capture using matlab....

You cannot do that. That Canon series has no remote control. The only computer connectivity it offers is to show up like a USB disc to transfer images (though it does offer some software to make this easier.)
(I just read through the manual to be sure.)

Right; unfortunately the above is a lower end model.
