Error in downloading Raspberry Pi support package

When I am downloading the support package for Raspberry Pi for R2015b release, I am getting the following error message.
When I try it one more time, I am getting the error as follows.
The proxy settings are all properly set, but, I am still getting the error.

Even I am having the same problem plz can anyone help me with it I am using MATLAB 2015
