Why do I see "error using matlab.internal.support software installer/launch windows helper" when trying to install a support package in Linux?

This issue will occur if you don't have sufficient permissions on the install_supportsoftware.sh.

To resolve this issue on a Linux machine, contact your IT Staff to grant the necessary permissions to to run the support package installer.
