how to calculate mean frequency of a time series signal

hi.. i have signal of 340 samples, sampled at sampling frequency(fs) of 360hz . Using interpolation i have increased the number of samples from 340 to 500.i need to calculate the mean frequency of this interpolated signal using fft..what will be the sampling frequency in this case..please help
