How to plot data after being selected in Excel

Hello. I have a problem with my GUI. How to plot data after being selected in Excel. There are just 2 colums. How to call first colum X, the second one - Y. And then plot (x,y)??? Thanks.

what command are you using to import the data from Excel? Cant you just import them into your workspace and then specify the variables you noted from that matrix, then plot?
